1. Accounts

1.1 Account Creation
In order to use certain features of the Site, you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form. You represent and warrant that:

You may delete your Account at any time by sending an email to us at admin@ccript.com and stating, with sufficient detail, that you wish to delete your Account. CCRIPT AGENCY may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with Section 10.‍

As an Account holder, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities or actions performed under your Account. CCRIPT AGENCY disclaims any liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials. You agree to notify CCRIPT AGENCY immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

2. SMS Terms & Conditions

2.1  SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from CCRIPT AGENCY, you may receive messages related to the following:

2.2.1 Conversations (external)
CCRIPT AGENCY, uses messaging to facilitate one-on-one, day-to-day communication with external parties, including customers and vendors. These messages are tailored to specific interactions, ensuring they are relevant, timely, and necessary for conducting business operations. Examples of permitted activities include: Customer Support and Assistance. Project coordination. Vendor communication, transactional notifications (non-automated), and collaborative discussions. These are all manual, personalized, non-marketing and comply with TCPA.

2.2.2 Conversations (between employees)
We use messaging to facilitate direct and personalized communication with external parties, including customers, vendors, and partners, specifically regarding contracts, agreements, and other formal business matters. These interactions focus on ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely resolution of issues. Examples include: agreement negotiation, approval requests, documentation and compliance, and payment coordination.‍

2.3 Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 25 SMS messages per day related to your customer support and assistance and project coordination. Also, vendor communication, transactional notifications (non-automated), and collaborative discussions.

2.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

2.5 Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from CCRIPT AGENCY in the following way:

‍2.6 Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at www.ccript.com.
Additional Options:
• If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

3. Access to the Site‍
